 Sleep at night takes 7 to 8 hours to give the body time to repair cells and rest after a day of activities.  Take care of your sleep quality, don't let the brain sleep in a state of stress.  Clean your resting area from objects that interfere with comfort, such as laptops and books.  Make your bed into a rest zone by not getting into other activities in the bed besides resting.  If you put the TV in the room, don't turn it on when you want to sleep.  This will gain time to sleep thereby reducing hours of sleep.  Turn off all lights and light sources.  Rest in the dark makes the body produce the hormone melatonin which is good for the body's defense and protect body cells from damage.  Avoid drinking too much water before going to bed, because you will urinate in the middle of sleep, so that it disrupts your sleep.

 Efficacy of White Water

 Never get bored with the theory of 1.5 liters of water a day.  The content of hydrogen, oxygen, and minerals found in water can expedite blood circulation, remove impurities and toxins in the body, and maintain skin moisture.  Dry skin experiences aging faster than skin that keeps the humidity awake.  Leave space in your bag for drinking bottles so that the frequency of water consumption is maintained.

 Self relaxation

 Give a moment for 5 -10 minutes in the middle of your busy life.  Rest from the front of the computer.  Look for fresh air, where you can rest for a while.  Stretch your body and try sitting.  Regulate breathing while closing your eyes.  This ritual can clear your mind, refresh your face, and make your body more relaxed.  If you are experiencing complexity in thinking, try doing this ritual.  Thinking too hard causes facial muscles to tighten and wrinkles arise on the forehead so that your face looks older.  Cultivate a positive mindset.  People who have positive thoughts have a fresher and younger face than people who think too much.

 Natural mask

 In addition to doing daily maintenance, treat facial skin with homemade natural masks.  Mix egg whites with lemon juice, stir until bubbly.  Apply the mask to the face that has been cleaned evenly.  Egg whites tighten the skin and shrink pores.  The protein content is useful for moisturizing the skin and accelerating the regeneration process.  Lemon which is rich in vitamin C functions as an antioxidant to fight aging.  To maintain skin elasticity, use this mask once a week.

 Facial sports
